- True, animals like squirrels and ants are constantly moving, but they follow a natural rhythm. They rest when needed and don’t push themselves into burnout. Unlike humans, they have an instinctive understanding of time management. So, I have squirrels at home, and they come to take food at specific times; but never after 4:30 PM. they instinctively wrap up their activities before evening. They don’t push their limits unnecessarily, whereas we often work late into the night, beyond what’s sustainable.

I agree to whatever you’re trying to say. Yes, you’re right: financial and practical constraints often force people to rush. My article, however, wasn’t about denying that reality but about slowing down internally. Even when life demands speed, our minds don’t have to be in a constant state of urgency.
